Through a fun\, fast-paced “speed dating” style\, we introduce potential mentors to the Y-KNOT way our unique approach to guiding and inspiring young people. During each session\, we share what it takes to be a Y-KNOT mentor\, outline expectations\, and discuss the needs of our program. \n\nWhy is this important?
