Board Composition

Our Board consists of 7 to 11 Directors, each selected for their unique professional skills, lived experience, and commitment to youth empowerment. We value diversity in expertise and perspective to ensure strong, informed governance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Board members are expected to:

• • Attend regular Board meetings
  • Serve on committees as needed
  • Participate in annual events (e.g., Strategic Planning, Annual General Meeting)
  • Engage in policy discussions with insight and integrity
  • Offer expertise in relevant areas
  • Communicate effectively and avoid conflicts of interest

Who should apply?
