Y-KNOT Inc. invites runners, walkers, and community champions of all ages to the Y-KNOT Stride — A Juneteenth Freedom Run, a powerful 5K experience that honors the historic legacy of Juneteenth while moving together toward a stronger, healthier, and more united community. Whether you’re crossing the finish line at full speed or taking it one step at a time, every stride you take is a celebration of liberation, resilience, and progress. All registered participants receive a commemorative t-shirt and medal to mark this special occasion.
