- Week One: Discovering the Real YouIn our first week, students begin a journey of self-discovery. Through fun and reflective activities, they’ll explore what makes them unique—their values, interests, and personal strengths. This week is all about helping kids recognize their inner sparkle and begin to understand who they are and what they care about.0
- Week Two: Building Confidence From The Inside OutThis week focuses on developing self-esteem. Students will learn how to speak kindly to themselves, celebrate their achievements, and face challenges with courage. Through games and group discussions, they’ll practice using positive self-talk and begin to see themselves as capable and strong.0
- Week Three: Making and Keeping Great FriendsFriendship is the focus of Week 3. Students will learn how to build healthy relationships by practicing good communication, empathy, and conflict resolution. They’ll explore what it means to be a good friend and how to handle disagreements in a respectful and caring way.0
